By downloading or using Notted, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
The App
Notted is a note-taking app that stores data locally on your device. We provide the app “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Your Data
- Your notes are stored only on your device
- We don’t have access to your notes
- You’re responsible for backing up your device
- If you delete the app without a device backup, your notes may be lost
Purchases (Premium)
Premium is an optional, one-time purchase (non-consumable) where offered:
- iOS: Bought with Apple In-App Purchase in the app. Terms, billing, and refunds follow Apple’s applicable terms and Apple Media Services Terms where they apply.
- Android: Bought with Google Play Billing in the app. Terms, billing, and refunds follow Google Play’s applicable terms.
We don’t sell Premium outside the app on iOS or Android; unlock must go through the platform’s purchase flow in the store build.
Restore
Use Restore Purchases in the app. On iOS this uses your Apple ID; on Android your Google Play account.
What You Can’t Do
- Reverse engineer or misuse the app
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Redistribute the app outside the official stores without permission
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for data loss, damages, or issues arising from use of the app. Use at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
